The tanker berthed at the Dalin Refinery at berth 4 after the accident and left Kaohsiung on Sunday. The offshore installation vessel, which was delivered less than a month ago, is still moored in Kaohsiung.
DEME will use the vessel, via a joint venture with shipbuilder CSBC, to install wind farms offshore Taiwan. The ship’s first deployment will be for the installation of jacket foundations at the 298 MW Zhong Neng project.
