First Merchants Corp. on Tuesday said it raised its dividend to 32 cents a share from the previous rate of 29 cents.
The new dividend will be payable on June 17 to shareholders of record as of June 3.
The financial holding company has a market capitalization of $2.36 billion, 59.42 million shares outstanding and a public float of 58.61 million shares.
