Primo Water Corp. Acquires Highland Mountain Water - MarketWatch

Primo Water Corp. said Monday that it acquired Georgia-based Highland Mountain Water through a subsidiary for an undisclosed sum.

The Canadian-American water company said that Primo Water North America acquired the Highland Mountain Water, which was already an independent distributor of Primo's Mountain Valley water brand.

"This acquisition fits within our existing footprint, expands distribution of our Mountain Valley premium water brand and furthers our vision of providing water solutions whenever, wherever and however our customers want them," Chief Executive Tom Harrington said.
