Parsons Corp. on Monday said it named Matt Ofilos chief financial officer.
The Centreville, Va., provider of technology to the security and infrastructure markets said Mr. Ofilos, who joined last year as executive vice president of finance, succeeds George Ball, who had been chief financial officer since 2008 and will remain in an advisory capacity through September.
Parsons said Mr. Ball, who has been with the company since 1995, has joined its board, along with Ellen Lord, the former undersecretary of defense for acquisition and sustainment.
