- In hopes of tackling race-influenced, uneven medical care, hospitals in California and Massachusetts are trying out new methods to rid their systems of explicit and implicit bias. More on that here.
- AstraZeneca agreed Saturday to supply up to 400 million doses of an experimental vaccine to European Union nations. It's not assured that the drug will successfully combat COVID-19, but the company is scaling up production while human trials are still being done, the Associated Press reported.
- Rent relief? Ithaca, New York, is looking to wipe away all unpaid rent in the wake of the pandemic. The move would have a profound impact on the city, where 70% of the population are believed to be renters.
