SPRINGFIELD — The City Council approved a property tax incentive agreement on Monday with Duc-Pac Corp., of East Longmeadow, as part of the company’s plans to relocate to East Springfield in the spring of 2022.
The council voted unanimously to approve a five-year Tax Increment Financing (TIF) agreement for the steel-duct fabrication company for its new site at 1125 Page Blvd., purchased last December for $3.7 million.
The company will be moving its headquarters and all 43 jobs to the Springfield site, located near the entrance/exit of Interstate 291, city officials said.
