HOUSTON, MS — Motion and upholstered furniture manufacturer Franklin Corp. has promoted Whitten Grisham to vice president of supply chain and global sourcing.
Grisham, whose prior position was supply chain manager, brings more than 25 years of deep supply chain knowledge and experience to his new role.
“Whitten will be responsible for all global and domestic supply chain activities, as well as implementing unified purchasing strategies across our company,” said Franklin Corp. President and COO Mark Franklin in a release. “His process-oriented and data-driven approach will serve our company well as we continue to scale our business in the post-COVID-19 economy.”
According to his LinkedIn profile, Grisham came to Franklin Corp. in 2015 from Heritage Home Group, where he spent a little more than four years. At HHG, he served as global sourcing director for fabric and leather.
Prior to that, Grisham worked with Lane Furniture Inds. for 16 years, serving as director of planning and inventory control, as well as director of cover procurement and upholstery imports from 1995 to 2009.
